These Project Managers are responsible for coordinating all aspects of retrofit projects, from initial assessment to project completion, ensuring successful implementation within budgetary constraints and established timelines.

A Multifamily Retrofit Project Manager develops comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and budget requirements for multifamily retrofit initiatives. These Project Managers collaborate with energy professionals to analyze energy consumption patterns, conduct energy audits and assessments and identify and recommend retrofit measures to enhance energy efficiency in a building. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and energy assessors to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to project execution and develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-effective solutions. Multifamily Retrofit Project Managers source and engage contractors and subcontractors for retrofit projects through a competitive bidding process and are required to be knowledgeable of local, state, and federal regulations related to building codes and energy efficiency standards. Multifamily Retrofit Project Managers implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the effective installation of retrofit measures and systems.
